We have been back home in New York for a week, and have since taken our son Andrew to college. Our busy schedules impacted our timeliness in sending this email. In the past week we have heard the very sad news of the earthquake in Italy and were shaken by the news. We truly hope no one in your family or loved ones was impacted by this true tragedy? Our hearts go out to your country.

We just wanted to thank you again for an amazing start to our Italy vacation! We have fondly shared stories with our family and friends of you kindness, guidance, and true knowledge of the Amalfi coast and surrounding areas. You were right in sharing that we would likely not want to leave Amalfi area once we got there! It is indeed on our list for a return trip in the future. We can’t than you enough for helping make our trip so very special.

Hi Mariano. We would like to thank you so very much for being our tour guide on Wednesday. It was most definitely one of the highlights of our two week vacation. I wanted to write to you and thank you again for creating such an incredible day for us during our port stop in Naples. We greatly appreciated your intimate knowledge of the area.
